Salvia discolor

Andean Silver-Leaf Sage

A really unique plant, Salvia discolor's flowers are an almost black color, surrounded by fuzzy silver-green calyces. The leaves are a pale green on top and silver underneath with white hairs. Stems are silver. Fragrant too. Used by butterflies and hummingbirds. Treated as an annual where not hardy.
