Fuchsia 'Little Giant' is similar to Fuchsia 'Ricartonii', but has more flowers and the flowers are shorter with red tipped stamens making them appear all red until you look closely. Lots of flowers over a long period for the hummingbirds to enjoy. In cooler zones it is recommended to plant deeply, burying 3-4 inches of the plant. This will make the plant a bit hardier. In the Pacific NW fuchsias do well in full sun or nearly full sun. In areas with warmer summers they'll need more shade and water.
Blooms: Early Summer to Mid Fall
