Hardy Red Gloxinias are wonderful in the hummingbird garden. They can be grown in the ground or in hanging baskets. Where not hardy, the bulb-like tuber can be dug up and overwintered indoors, or if in a container, the container can be brought indoors. The tubers can eventually become quite large.
