Guarantee:
Sweet Nectar Nursery guarantees that the plants we ship are healthy and ready to grow in your garden. If you have any concerns with the plants when you receive them, please contact us right away. Our goal is for you to have a great garden and we will do what we can to reach our goal.
If your order arrives with damage to the box, please do not refuse it. The plants inside may be fine. If the plants have damage to just the foliage, they still may be OK. Just cut off the damaged foliage and plant as usual. If the plant does not seem to be recovering from the damage within a couple weeks, please contact us for a one-time replacement or refund.
Plant Hardiness Zones:
These helpful zones, set by the USDA, give you an idea of whether a plant will grow well in your area. For instance, if you live in zone 6 where the average minimum temperature is -10 to zero degrees Fahrenheit, you shouldn’t expect a zone 7 plant, who is only hardy to 0, to survive an average winter outside without extraordinary efforts to protect it.
